The guest can eat and drink in fine style in the Buswells Bar and Trumans AA Rosette Restaurant. And maybe even brush shoulders with Ireland’s political elite. The Grill Restaurant is known for its traditional Irish cuisine, friendliness and charm. The Carvery Restaurant provides excellent lunches and Sunday lunch is a specialty and a light snack menu is available all day.
